A typical Tuareg man, wearing a turban and loose indigo-dyed garment to protect against the fine blowing sand of the Sahara. The nomadic ethnic group is present in many saharan countries, including Mali and southern Tunisia. After the chanting/clapping presentation, the male Tuareg craftsmen quickly laid out their leather and silver goods such as pouches, leather boxes, ornamental swords, and narrow pipes, eager for a sale.
