Accompanied by the beat of the hand-fashioned drums, the Tuareg women clapped rhythms and chanted in unison.The overall effect was reminiscent of the monotonous bumpy ride on camels. As the women clapped, the indigo dye on their hands from their blue cloth was quite evident.
