The Masses are Thanful for Meglomanious

Be thankful and click here now!

Last Saturday (one week ago), I joined several people to celebrate the birthdays of a few people known to members of the Insurance Glitterati at Madhatters on Third Avenue. Afterwards, the Emperor and I went to a sushi restaurant.

I left work on Wednesday a bit after 1 PM and took the subway to Grand Central Terminal. From Grand Central I took a MetroNorth train to Bridgeport. At Bridgeport I connected to a smaller three car diesel train to Waterbury. At Waterbury I was met by a member of the Meglomanious Imperial Family. The following day was Thanksgiving, during which many members of the Imperial Family paid homage to Meglomanious. On Friday I returned to the command bunker via the same methods (diesel train from Waterbury to Bridgeport and then connecting to the larger electric train to Grand Central from which I took the subway to the bunker).

I just finished reading Geraint Anderson's book CityBoy: Beer And Loathing In The Square Mile, which is about life as a greedy stockbroker in London during the late 1990s and the early part of this century. It is not yet officially available in the US. I had to order it from the UK.

Recently acquired new music: Chinese Democracy by Guns n' Roses; Black Ice by AC/DC and Electric Arguments by The Fireman (aka Paul McCartney and Youth).

I am scheduled to go to the Las Vegas area in January for business and to Santo Domingo in February. In March I am hoping to go to London.
