Temple Square is one of
Liverpool's most exciting mixed use developments, located
within the heart of the city centre.
The square forms a
natural link between the retail and leisure areas of Church
Street / Williamson Square and the Cavern Quarter.
The first
phase of Temple Square development was the refurbishment of
36 Dale Street and the adjacent former Tea Warehouse, now
Colonial Chambers, together providing over 6,875 m
(74,000sq ft) of refurbished office space.
The second
phase was the demolition of two former office buildings to
create a unique breathing space in the heart of the City's
office core. Temple Square discreetly disguises an
underground car park for 52 car spaces.
The third phase of
Temple Square was the construction of a new contemporary
designed office tower linked to the neo-classical, historic
Temple Building, to provide 1,951 sq m (21,000 sq ft) of
quality offices. This is the headquarters for
solicitors, Canter Levin & Berg.
