Patricia and I have noticed that what started with Einstein could continue with Anton, because he is displaying the same characteristics that meet breed standards for Show as we saw in Einstein as a puppy. Anton has dark features against a thick white coat, a regal gait, is quite playful and has great paw gestures. As a result, we will be reserving him until at least 12 weeks for further evaluation. This is the present status of the puppies:

Wow! They did it again, adding to the array of awards won this AKC Show Season. Saturday and Sunday, Einstein won 3 awards each day plus points. The awards are for best Bichon Frise Dog, Best of Opposite Sex, and Best of Winners each day. Hooray and hazzar!

The puppies have really been developing beautifully, have great apetites now for solid food, and get around quite well in the yard in the afternoons. Come and play!

Chloe has been adopted by Marsha and Bob, and her new name is Daisy. She will be going home to guard over 14 acres around June 20th, at 9 weeks of age. Congratulations!

The Hangtown Kennel Club Show in Placerville, Saturday and Sunday May 24-25, 2008, is next up for Einstein and Michael. Einstein's momentum is growing, as he is more confident and playful in the ring from what I saw yesterday in Vallejo. And what can we say about Michael but outstanding. Einstein works for him like he is playing. Good luck!

Einstein and Michael kept on their winning ways this weekend, going Red Ribbon Second on Saturday and Blue Ribbon First Place and Reserve Champion Bichon Frise on Sunday. Congratulations!

All the puppies are walking and talking and eating soft puppy food. Their eyes and noses look great, teeth are appearing and their coats are beautifully white. Anton looks to be another Einstein, Giselle is a beauty and they are all very affectionate towards their litter mates. Be sure to see the individual puppy pictures here.

Patricia will be making puppy visitation calls this Wednesday and Thursday, May 14-15, to set up first appointments and meetings between prospective families and Estee and her pups. The litter will be 4 weeks old this Saturday, visitations start at 6 weeks, Vet check and first shots at 7 weeks, and they start going home at 8 weeks, or about June 14th. We look forward to meeting you all.

This litter is very active and strong. They are constantly escaping their litter basket and roaming the living room. Their eyes are fully open and fur has really gotten thick. When they can walk it will be time for the yard. New individual pictures can be seen by clicking here.
