I have a Wolf 36 inch all
gas...for my second oven I got the Miele 27 inch and put it under my counter. I
haven't used it yet (kitchen not quite up and running). But, I got it because it
was a bit smaller, had a rotisserie (I buy lots of rot. chickens and turkey
breasts, now I can make my own), had it's own slide in pans, is electric, is
easy to clean, gets good reviews, and I like the look and the knob controls. It
was a bit of a splurge, but, oh well -- the fact that it doesn't match exactly
doesn't bother me. It's stainless with black/clear glass, it looks fine
overall.

In terms of inside features, i.e.
temperature control, racking, convection splatter screen, I narrowed my choice
down to Miele or Dacor. Miele is more expensive, but I've picked it for
appearance with the rest of my kitchen & the MasterChef program features.
Dacor recently added the very solid glide rack, 1 standard for the bottom rack,
& you can buy more. Their optional cookie sheets slide right on to the rack
guides, no rack needed. There are 6 rack guides, so you can really load it up
with cookies & use true convection to bake them all evenly.
