As
long as you know what you want, and actually go to see it once, you can easily
order and have it shipped. If you're in Mass, you stuff will likely come from
NJ, where mine came from (I'm in NY State). But I ordered through Schaumberg
because I had been there on a trip and found a good
kd.
The delivery went as you described
-- I needed more of some stuff and had to return a few things that got mixed up
-- but their after delivery was excellent by phone and it got straightened out
quickly.
I noticed they have a new cad
feature on the website so you can lay out the kitchen and get your shopping
list. then you fax that to them and call to follow up. You'll need xeroxes of
both sides of your credit card and drivers license to do a phone order but
that's it.
Plenty of people here have
done this so there aren't many ikea questions that cannot be answered. be sure
to look at handles and drawer slides and the little pieces you need for cabinets
as those should be ordered at the same time.
