Rain stops play...?



I don't know what your weather's like today, but its been raining non-stop here.

Normally I wouldn't mind; in fact the garden could be doing with a little watering, but I was hoping for a dry day today for a particular reason...

You see, we're off to watch an outdoor play - The Life of Jesus Christ - to be performed at Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow. You've to take your own seat and be prepared for all weathers, so it would've been nice to have had dry conditions, eh? Rain stops so many other events eg Wimbledon, Cricket, etc, but I don't know if it would stop this particular play. We're leaving quite soon, and the forecast is not looking good. I have to say, that if I get really wet, then I'd rather not stay for the full show.

(Just call me a wimp; I don't mind!)
