Rules

These are the rules, if you break them, you will be kicked off.

1) Respect the Administrators, whatever they say, goes.
2) No godding! It's cheap, and your posts will be deleted
3) No character stealing!
4) If you don't post in two weeks, you will get an e-mail saying so.
5) If you don't post in a month, you will be inactive, and no one can involve you in posts.
6) Third person posts only, it's just easier that way.
7) NO CUSSING! It does bad things to the board... and to you.
8) If you want to fight someone, ask them, and don't just kill them in one post.
9) One character only! If I find you have more than one character, they all will be deleted.
10) If you die, you're dead. No coming back, unless I let you.
11) You can only have up to 3 NPCs unless I give you special permission
12) You can only have one mech at a time! If you get a new one, send an e-mail to me with the new info.
13) Use OOC comments as little as possible. They are annoying.
14) READ ALL THE POSTS! If you don't, you won't know what's going on.
15) When you join, you start with 15,000 SP, NO EXCEPTIONS!
16) Have fun. But not too much.
17) Post only on the EarthSphere board, unless I tell you otherwise.
18)Your mech must not exceed 500 tons in weight. That's exessive already. A normal Gundam weighs 30 tons, so... don't do it!
19) Tell everyone you know to join MECHA.
20) NEW! There is no Rule # 20! HA HA HA!

Ok, now you're wondering what else could I possibly say, or you're wondering: "WHAT? I DON'T GET IT!". Well, this is for the second situation.

Some people might not be familiar with this RPG format, so i'm gonna spell it out for 'ya. What you do is write little clips of short stories about your character. They are usually about a page in length, but they can be up to any number of pages. (The general guideline is that you write at leat 10 lines, but not more than 10 pages.) The object of this type of RPG is to steer the storyline in the direction you want while not just forcing the matter. Whenever you write a post, it's subjct to the opinion of the rest of the RPers, and if they don't like it, they tell you, or try and beat up on your character. It's a true "Mobocracy", whatever the majority says, goes, so the element of "godding" is very rare (or should be if the system works properly). The only objective way of determining what should be in the posts is the Skill Points (SPs). The SP of your character determines if he or she should be able to beat another character at something, like a mech battle, or hand to hand combat. Usually they deal with mech battles, but sometimes you'll be awarded SP for just posting, or doing something interesting like... building a mech from scratch or something like that. Ok, i've done enough rambling now, and I'm fairly ceartin you understand how to do this now, so good luck RPing.
