Mel left Belle with me this weekend so I've had the little princess all weekend. She's scratching a lot for some reason, so it's off to the vet for her. Melissa is sporting a new tattoo which she says is the beginning of a full sleeve or at least a 3/4. I'm suggesting she hold off a bit on the sleeve since removable tattoo ink is pending approval. I've been saying for the years that we should develop removable tattoo ink but someone's actually gone and done it. It's permanent but the dye is encased in tiny capsules that can fit through a standard tattoo needle. When you want it removed, one pass of a laser breaks up the capsules allowing the body to absorb it. Once that hits the market, you can expect to see me completely sleeved out. Assuming I can get over my fear of needles. And pain. The tattoo is of a sparrow from the verse: "his eye is on the sparrow" and I think she gets them done at billy joes.


UPDATE: Brian suggested that this blog should actually be called: "Melissa and I broke up but what I really loved was her dog."
