The engine & transmission are from an early model Silvia, CA18DET. The swap kit consisted of a reversed front crossmember, trans mount, and custom front sway bar. Timing belt, tensioner, idler, and water pump were all installed new when engine was installed. Transmission tunnel was cut open to allow the shifter hole to be moved rearward for the new transmission. Engine bay was completely stripped and painted with ZERO Rust products prior to engine installation. Best 1/4 mile time was with the following setup: (10PSI Boost, 370cc injectors, LSD, and before shock install.) 13.9 The turbo is a custom built unit, starting with an SR20DET (S13) turbo, new, larger bearings were installed, and the housings ported, and larger wheels installed by Turbo Concepts. The turbo was setup to flow 300-350hp. Intercooler piping has been custom fabricated from aluminum and stainless steel piping. Intercooler is a full size NPR unit. DSM 440CC Injectors have been fitted. Intake secondary butterflies are removed. Greddy Type S Blow off valve installed. E-manage engine management installed with HKS jumper harness. 300ZX TT Mass Air Flow meter. Apex'i filter and adapter. Manual boost controller now set for 15PSI. Intake manifold repainted with duplicolor graphite wheel paint. Griffin scirocco 2 pass radiator and spal fan, thermostatic fan control (adjustable) Subaru WRX rear differential housing, R&P (3.9:1), Subaru Legacy clutchpack limited slip. All new universal joints installed in axle shafts. Custom driveshaft by CCI Custom Nissan sentra manual rack & pinion steering conversion. Custom built front coilovers 200lb/in rate, Koni inserts. Custom Tension rods (contact me for more info). Front lower control arms, Spindles, Front Brakes converted to S13 Nissan 240SX. Camber plates: Cusco. Brand new Brembo front rotors & Axxis metal master pads. Brand new B210 brake booster, 280Z Master Cylinder. New front control arms, Bushings, Ball joints, inner & outter tie rods (240SX) Rear control arm bushings have been replaced with Urethane bushings from Energy Suspension. Differential bushings have been custom made from Delrin & Urethane. Crossmember bushings have been replaced with TMC Urethane bushings. Crossmember was bead blasted, exhaust hole opened up, and e-coated & powdercoated black. Rear springs are aftermarket, higher rate springs. Shocks are brand new KYB (69 camaro) RPI reclinable race seats(2). Autopower 6 point roll cage, fully welded in. RJS 5 Point camlock race harnesses (2) Custom gauge panel (was going to be temporary, but is functional) Oil, Fuel pressure, EGT, Boost, and Water Temp & Volts still need to be wired in. 240SX tilt column & ignition. 240SX wiring harness retrofitted. All lights & wipers work properly with intermittent control. Only thing left to do is to install the heater blower & core. Interior has door panels installed but no headliner or carpet. Rear seat is installed, and a firewall steel panel was installed behind the stock rear seat. Battery is relocated to the trunk with an external shutoff. The stock dash is installed, and some filler panels haev been made, but more work could be done to finish off the dash. WHEELS & TIRES The car now sits on S13 240SX Aluminum 15" wheels and brand new Toyo T1-S tires. 3" mandrel bent exhaust was fabricated by Diamond Fabrication. Muffler is a stainless steel Magnaflow
