This Old House
 
Nina and I bought a distressed Alameda property with a great location, and with some major help, we embark on the long road of renovating it into a home.
 

   


2005-02-08; Day 1: The view from corner of McCartney and Azalea. Dreary color.
2005-02-08; Side and back yards. Not bad, and a nice size.

A few months later we can get rid of the old wood shingle roof.

I had no idea how many colors and shades roofs come in. This took only 3 days!
Now to replace the fence. This one is sagging pretty bad over the sidewalk.
2005-11-07; We asked Kit for the best quality wood and to remove the trees.
