PRICE LIST:
ADULT STAND-UP SHOW: $200 - $400 (30 minutes up to 60 minutes).
STROLLING MAGIC: One hour: $200 (Minimum 60 minutes).
$100 for each additional hour. Fourth hour and on: $200/hour
CORPORATE STAND-UP SHOW: $400 - $1,000 (Or, strolling/stand-up combination).
SCHOOLS (ASSEMBLIES): (45 minutes): $350 for one show; $500 for two back-to- back shows.(60 minutes required to set up, and 20 minute re-set time is required between shows. Strike-down time: approximately 30 minutes).
LIBRARY PROGRAMS: (45 minutes): $200 for each show. Discounted third show. Please, note the following requirements: 60 minutes set up time; 20 minutes between shows; 30 minutes strike-down.
CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES (45 minutes recommended):
$125 - $200 for a 45 minute show Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo. $150 - $250 for a 45 minute show all other locations.
BALLOON SCULPTURE: $150 per hour; $50 each additional 30 minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Fees may be adjusted up, or down depending on customer's needs, type of venue, size of audience, and travel time. Ask about special discounts.
In order to get the date, and time you wish, please book early. Keep in mind that most clients book their shows weeks, or even months in advance.
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMS:
CLOSE-UP MAGIC (STROLLING, OR AT A TABLE)
Fits small functions such as private parties, dinner parties, banquets, weddings, etc. This is the most intimate form of magic. Your guests will be delighted to see magic “ right under the nose” – and up close. The magician may be sitting, standing, or strolling, according to the existing conditions. Mauny masterfully weaves tales combined with amazing sleight of hand. Some of the magic happens in the spectators' own hands.
CABARET MAGIC (STAND-UP)
Fits larger functions where a specific time is scheduled, and a performance area is available. The entire audience should have a good line of sight to the performance area. This can be a platform, a small stage, or at floor level. Mauny delivers a highly energetic, elegant, humorous, and interactive program of magical mysteries.
STAGE MAGIC
Fits even larger venues such as theaters, school auditoriums, or outdoor stages. The stage magic show is designed for children, families, and/or adults. The show is suitable for up to 1000 people. On stage, with available lighting, curtains, backdrops, and sound, Mauny amazes the audience with his clever magical effects the audience is guaranteed to enjoy.
THEME SHOWS
With proper advance notice, Mauny can develop a theme show to meet special needs. Some of these themes have been Science, Reading, Holidays, Food, Wine, and more. STORYTELLING & MAGIC DUO SHOW
This program is ideal for schools, libraries, and festivals. Here is a chance to see Mauny’s wife Elaine demonstrate her skills in acting, and physical theater. Elaine tells legends, stories, and fairy tales from around the world. The two take turns telling stories, and performing magic. CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY SHOW
In his Birthday Party Magic Show, Mauny greets the children with warmth, and comedy. He acknowledges the birthday child (and the parents too...), and makes a big deal about how important this day is. After a few of the guests have assisted, he invites the birthday child to learn how to become a magician - costume, wands, and all (NOW IS THE TIME TO GET THE CAMERA). The birthday child ends up "saving" the magician from embarassment, to the delight, laughter and joy of the children. As an option (by parents' request), the child – or the entire group - is presented with small bags of goodies (extra fees apply).
BALLOON SCULPTURE: Mauny does charming single, and double balloon designs. By limiting the number of balloons per design, there is less waiting time to endure. As an add-on to a magic show, an extra fee applies based on time, and number of children.
