Phillies are cleaning house!


Well, after a disappointing season the Phillies have fired Larry Bowa. Larry had all the pieces to a great team he just is not liked by his players. Many had openly complained throughout the season about Larry's fiery style of managing. Now, in true Philly fashion, the fans are calling for Ed Wade's head as well. I think he put a great team together but did have some rough trades and signings over the years. Check out the site below for what a lot of Philly fans think. I am not sure how much longer you can give him to produce even a playoff team.

I would love to see the club try and get Mike Hargrove in south Philly. He took the Indians to the playoffs for several years straight. Jim Thome has a great relationship with him form Cleveland. He even made a bad Baltimore roster look very respectable on the diamond. He is currently unemployed so I don't see why the Phillies will not call him in for an interview.
