Yes, it is crooked.
If
I had a dollar for every doctor that has told me my spine is crooked I would be
rich. I am so glad it takes 8 to 10 years of school to figure that out from my
x-rays and bone scans. They tell me to go join the over 70 swim club and I might
feel better. Sorry, for the mini rant but, I have had enough of being told that
I have to "deal" with being in pain for the rest of my life. Why was this not
said to me when they found the scoliosis 18 years ago? Ahh, fuck it. I am just
drained emotionally and physically from all the disability denials and fruitless
doctors appointments. Why do people think I am choosing to live with my parents
to avoid working or the so called "real world"? Why does the first question
from people have to be what do you do? Well, my job is to take care of my spine
and it sucks. When I give an answer similar to that, people think I am of a
lower class for some reason. Is this all cause I don't say doctor, lawyer, or
professor? Man, I am just ranting now. This is not to all my friends who have
been very supportive of me and my health problems. Click the picture to get the
big version of why I move like a 70 year old. Yes, that is my
spine.
