Well, here we are one month later. Amazingly enough, mommy has only gained 6 pounds to date. Seems the kids used up a bit more energy than was originally taken in; but no worries as Mom is doing just fine and is now keeping up with the demand :-) The first kiddo shown here, still known as Baby "A", is the biggest one; just over about 4 ounces (our own quarter-pounder - I can tell this one's after Daddy's McDonalds-beatin' heart) Uknown as of yet whether a boy or a girl, it looks like he/she is going to keep it a mystery until the next scheduled sonogram at week 18. See ya then! |

This one, however, seems to be the exhibitionist of the group. Staying still just long enough for the skilled technician to get just the right look, this little one struck a pose for us, announcing the arrival of the first discernable boy (whew!, at least there won't be FOUR weddings to deal with) |

Well here ya go folks. Thi is what I like to refer to as the "Toilet-bowl view". Picture yourself as a ceramic alter, looking up at the current patron. The two white (large) spots on the right are the pelvic bones, with the legs being the lighter grey lines moving out. The little white arrow is pointing to the evidence in question. |

Although I certainly couldn't tell, we've been told that they're pretty sure that Baby "C" is a girl (oh well, so there's at least one wedding :-) So now we know there's at least one of each; best part of this is now EVERYBODY is happy (wouldn't have it any other way) |

Like Baby "A", Baby "D" here didn't sit still long enough to provide a really good guess, making us wait until the next one before we get another shot at it. Although we've actually lost track of which two are the identical twins (changed doctors - they changed positions in the meantime), we're beginning to have our suspisions. Stay tuned; next stop is week 18, and I'll have them up as soon as the scans are ready and presentable :-) Take care for now! |
