Don't try this at home. I'm a professional

Damn, that's a sweet Earth! Ho'kay, so it was a laaaaaaate night last night. I just reviewed my texts on my phone. Haven't had one of those nights in a while. Kinda figures why I called work and took a personal day today:) Actually I feel pretty good right now. Wish I had pictures from the night.

Anyway, it was Kate's birthday and it was definitely a good time. I'm sure I provided a bit of entertainment at Zentra for the crew. I had a comment to Don saying "I hate showing off that I know how to dance to House." Where did THAT come from. The other amazing part is that I was able to type it in the first place. OK, so I used the T9Word option I'm sure. But that's not the point. I know I ended up at Dublin's since there was a text to Chris and Trevor at 3:30 saying I was there.

All I have to say about last night is that I love the fact that I can hang out with my employees and not have to worry about getting fired. I hated that rule at D&B. The worst part about that is I was pretty much a good boy concerning the whole fraternization. I definitely never slept with the staff like some other managers I've known over the 10 year period I was there. Hell some of them got promoted....to corporate no less! Believe me, there were many times I wanted to, but I never would cross that line.

I think what made me the most upset is that I had made a stupid move about a year before I left and went into the employee hang out. It was on the way to the train station and I saw a couple employees there that I knew through the window. When I went in to say hi, there were a lot more of them. I hung out for about an hour and went home. I got in trouble for that, but others have done much worse than that and the upper management has looked the other way, or just given out a slap on the wrist.

Oh, my neighbor upstairs is crazy too. He just screamed. I think it's concerning sports. Probably watching the Cubs. OK, so I do the same thing with my teams, so he probably thinks I'm crazy too.

Last thing, my parents sent me a funny pic. I thought I'd share it with everyone. These 3 are definitely NOT people I look up to, and the caption says it all:
