The Rule of Marz
H'okay. It's April 8th right now and it's effen
cold! This is bunch of BS. It's 32 out and it feels like 19. I dunno. The
last time I checked, Spring isn't supposed to feel like this. WTF, mate? The
Rule of Marz is that I don't wear a jacket/coat from April 1st - November 1st.
Granted, I modified the first part from March 1st until April 1st when I moved
farther north, but still......
I
actually ran home from the train station tonight. Now, I had my nice leather
jacket tonight, but that's not supposed to protect me from 30 degree weather; no
matter how many Captain Morgan Private Stocks and Coke I've had. It's still too
damn cold!
On the way to work this
afternoon, I noticed that it wasn't as crowded as normal at Wrigley Field.
Today was the home opener for the Cubs, and I'm used to it being packed. It
wasn't. I went by right at the scheduled time for the opening pitch. Where was
everyone? I know that Carlos and Cara were there. And they were plowed when I
saw them:) God love them! But still it didn't look like a true sellout
today.
My Spurs....WTF? Detroit lost
today....you had Dallas at home.....you lose!.......dumbasses.....you had a
chance to close the gap within 1 game. And this isn't the first time this half
to close the gap within one game....It's gonna be Spurs/Pistons again and the
Spurs had better be
concerned.
