Registration and abstract submission has now closed.


The congress Registration Fee covers all conference materials, Translink go card electronic travel pass, the Welcome Reception (Saturday 31 January), Breakfast and Lunch (Sunday through Wednesday), and delegate attendance at Hillstone St Lucia for Pre-Dinner Cocktails on the Mango Tree Terrace followed by the Gala Conference Dinner in the Grand View Room on Tuesday evening (3 February).

Abstract submission is not mandatory.  However, you MUST submit an abstract to be eligible to apply for a Travel Award.

POSTER DIMENSIONS   Poster display boards for the poster sessions scheduled for late afternoon on  Sunday 1 February and Monday 2 February will be set up in landscape format and measure 2.4m x 1.2m.  Ideally, maximum poster dimensions will be 1.2 x 1.2m.  Poster session allocations will be provided in the conference booklet provided with registration materials at the Welcome Reception on Saturday 31 January tp be held at the UQ Aquatic Centre.

If submitting an abstract, please send a one page document formatted in Microsoft Word as a Rich Text Format (.rtf) as an email attachment to apcet@mac.com that includes the following information:

Abstract Text (Limit to 300 Words)

Interested in a Travel Award?  Students, postdoctoral and technical/research staff who have registered to attend the meeting and who are first authors on a submitted abstract may apply for a Travel Award to help cover the cost of attending and participating in the meeting.  Please indicate in your email if you wish to be considered for travel grant assistance, and provide full contact details for two referees (one of whom should be the applicant's primary advisor/supervisor).  Travel Awards are intended for reimbursement of expenses incurred in part or in full and are not available prior to the start of the conference.  Applicants for a Travel Award must also provide two letters of support for their application from their nominated referees within 2 weeks of abstract submission.
