Fine specimens of the world's most valuable cool climate trees can be found in the Botanic Gardens, the Town Belt and bordering city streets. Most of these species have also been planted by me at Arba Cielo.

Two trees familiar to me from my first home: Eucalyptus microcorys above left, as yet a small tree in the Dunedin Botanic Gardens, made a grand, densely foliaged avenue tree in Campbelltown. Eucalyptus sideroxylon, above right and below right, was a fine street tree in my home street (Condamine St). It looks pretty good here in Dunedin too. These photos all taken 23 Aug 2008.
