Meditative Recharge, (VAL 023)

This is the modified Meditative Recharge. Once the original card was released into the wild we discovered that it was not used as a supplement as we had intended. Such is life. To try to recover, at least for ourselves, the original intention of the card we renumbered it and released it with a new number.
The idea was that this card would represent a desperate effort by the magical shape shifting Valarian character to recover the cards necessary to survive or to save a companion. Hopefully people will use it in that spirit. During the year of 2007 we offered to replace any of the VAL009A cards that people wanted to exchange for the new ones VAL023. We felt that people should have the option of a trade in, it "felt" right to make the offer. I was surprised at how few people wanted to exchange the cards. |

This was the original mis numbered card as it was published for some time. While this version is easily abused, many GM's allow it to be used as is. It illustrates the power of the GM rule 3.4 in the Dragon Storm RPG. |
