RSGSA strives to provide a quality community-based, recreational, soccer program that improves coordination, fitness, and individual soccer technique; enhances socialization skills, and creates rounded team players in a fun and competitive environment.

Programs Overview
U5 Program (Preschoolers)
- Games are on Saturday mornings.
- Practices are held the first 1/2 hour and the game is played the second half of the session.
- Games are played at the Community of Faith Lutheran Church, 3010 East Solon Rd., Spring Grove, IL 60081.
U6 Program (Kindergartners)
- Games are Saturday mornings.
- Practices are according to field allotment and the volunteer coaches personal availability.
- Games are played at the Community of Faith Lutheran Church, 3010 East Solon Rd., Spring Grove, IL 60081.
U7 Program (1st Graders)
- Games are on Saturday mornings.
- Practices are according to field allotment and the volunteer coaches personal availability.
- Games are played at the Community of Faith Lutheran Church, 3010 East Solon Rd., Spring Grove, IL 60081.
U9 Program (U8 & U9 combined)
- Games are on Saturday at 9:00, 10:30, or 12:00 a.m.
- Practices are according to field allotment and the volunteer coaches personal availability.
- Game field is at Cotting Park in Richmond, Illinois. The park is behind the Taco Bell on Route 12 and is accessed via Golden Hawk Rd.
U10 Program
- At U10 we are a member of the Fox Valley Soccer Association. Other recreational U10 teams and older from local areas compete against each other in a not-overly competitive atmosphere. Children may travel to: Harvard, Wauconda, Crystal Lake, Algonquin, LITH, McHenry, Johnsburg, Wonder Lake, Woodstock, and Lakemoor communities to compete.
- Games are Saturdays and the game fields differ based upon the age groups.
- Practices and games are according to field allotment and the volunteer coaches personal availability.
- For Fall 2008, the U10 home game field is located at Pierce Park inside the Nottingham Woods Subdivision in Spring Grove. Playing times vary as do dates for home games.
- For Fall 2008, there is one U10 Girls team and one U10 Combined team.
U12 Program (Girls/Boys separate teams)
- At U12 we are a member of the Fox Valley Soccer Association. Other recreational U10 teams and older from local areas compete against each other in a not-overly competitive atmosphere. Children may travel to: Harvard, Wauconda, Crystal Lake, Algonquin, LITH, McHenry, Johnsburg, Wonder Lake, Woodstock, and Lakemoor communities to compete.
