Effective communication is more than talking and listening. To minimize conflict and build collaboration, we need to make connections with people.

In this session we will examine personality / communication styles and the various techniques of communicating with each style. Who do we find difficult? What is the best way to approach people who are aggressive? Abrupt? Passive? Critical? Evasive? We will examine what qualities are necessary in a good team.  We will do all of this with a lot of laughter and good spirits.
