The booking processs is simple but varies slightly in relationship to sponsors' familiarity with their needs and our services.  Returning sponsors simply select a program, view available dates on the web calendar, and reserve it via e-mail.  Confirmation is made via return e-mail and then a downloadable contract sent in through postal mail. First time sponsors who do not know which program to book should e-mail or call for further description and appropriateness of programs, and then preview those programs using the web calendar.  Confirmation is the same as described above.
