NEIL PERT (RUSH) DRUM SOLO- BREATH TAKING!




I found this video which is live footage of Rush in concert. There is the most amazing drum solo I have ever seen. It starts off with bass and guitar playing along with the drum kit, but when one of the guitar solos come to an end, Neil Pert kicks off into the most breathe taking drum beating solo I have ever seen!! Neil Pert is more of a percussionist rather then just a 'drummer', he uses all sorts of different percussion!
I first heard the mp3 of this from a friend so i searched for a video of it and it seems to be very different from the song itself, but that might simply be because it's live, however even though it starts off the same, it ends completely different, and the drums come in a completely different way too.. but don't worry, i can assure you the video version is the best one!.. etc.. ANYWAY!..
Have some patience and give this a watch! I have lost track of how many times i have watched this now, i can't stop!

I can't get the video up properly, so if you don't see it then just click here and be patience, the first 4 minutes are with the guitar and bass too, but after the final guitar solo the drums come right in, excellent stuff!
