| Here are a few interesting sites from the UK: | ||||||
|
Cats Protection is the oldest and largest feline charity in the UK. The website covers all the many aspects of the society's work and activities, with plenty of information on cat care. It also has links to websites of local branches. The Feline Advisory Bureau is another UK charity, which, as its name suggests, offers advice on the health and welfare of cats. The site features information on health and behavioural issues, boarding catteries and news about FAB itself. Moggycat's Cat Pages have lots of true and fictional stories and features about cats including some very humorous stuff, plus resource pages which are well worth a look! But Seriously made me laugh when I found it. It consists of several amusing 'essays' from a cat who sounds at times rather like a feline Victor Meldrew. A little gem of a website (the pun is intended)!

This site from Australia, In memory of Phoenix, includes both a cat and a human 'blog', cat facts and other snippets, cat art and crafts and links to several other interesting sites. It is quite new, so you may not have come across it before. This next website, Crazy for Kitties, features Stanley as 'Kitty Star of the Week' for 4-11th September 2004 and Pugwash for 12-19th September 2004. Besides stories and pictures of other cats who have previously appeared as 'Kitty Star of the Week', there are various pages of cat facts and features, a photo gallery and links to an assortment of cat related gifts. This is another new site giving information about all sorts of animals, not just cats. Well worth a visit if you are thinking of buying a new pet:
