Honu Half Ironman Camp - Day 2


Slept and tried to eat and drink throughout the day.

The rest of the gang road out for 4 - 4 1/2 hours. I remember seeing them when they returned and they looked pretty cooked. Later they went for swim in the Kona pool.

I however, slept most of the day. I felt completely drained. But, I wasn't nauseous anymore, which was good. And I was able to eat a little every couple of hours.
