The GA Tech campus is most accessible via the I-75/85 downtown "connector."  Take I-75/85 into town and exit onto 10th Street.  Travel west along 10th Street until you pass the Alexander Memorial Basketball Coliseum and turn left at the light onto Fowler.  Once on Fowler, you can turn left onto Sixth Street and park in the O'Keefe lot, or you can travel along Fowler until it dead ends onto Fourth Street, make a right onto Fourth and then turn right after passing a few frat houses to access the lot bewteen the EE and Architecture buildings.  More info on parking is available here.

The campus is also accessible via Northside or Howell Mill to the West — just turn left and travel East on 10th Street  and then turn right onto Fowler just before you reach the basketball coliseum.

You can also enter the campus through 5th Street.  When 5th intersects with Fowler, turn left or right depending on where you want to park.
