Ezequiel & Ana.....Wedding


A week ago, Dina and I had the opportunity to shoot Zeke and Ana's super-fun wedding! First of all, we both were barely getting over a cold/flu/fever thing and we were totally fearing that the day would be rainy and wet. The three days prior to the wedding it had poured! But we dressed accordingly, took tons of medicine with us and braved the weather. Fortunately, it didnt rain until we were driving back from the wedding!! We totally escaped getting sick again and had an awesome adventure shooting an equally awesome couple in very very very cold temperatures! Zeke and Ana set aside some time during their big day to make sure we took some cool portraits of them......check them out.......

IT DIDN'T RAIN!!!!


Today was great. We shot a wedding that I thought was gonna be super cold and rainy but instead, we had great diffused light because of the grey, threatening clouds.....

The Huerta Wedding


What can I say?....Marcos and Nataly are sooooooooo easy to photograph. They are fun, happy, silly, young, positive, the list can go on and on. You might recall their super-cool engagement session we did a while back. Well, just like that day, they were great subjects to shoot. Like any other wedding, the day had it's share of stress, last minute adjustments and all that good stuff, but the great thing is that this couple kept such an awesome attitude and spirit throughout the day. Thank you guys again for having us be part of your beautiful day! Have fun in Cancun.....

THE HARO WEDDING


A week ago, we had a great time shooting Manuel+Sarai's wedding here in our very own, Rancho Cucamonga! The day flew by and for some reason, even though we drove only a few miles for the day, I was soooo sore the next day! But maybe that's a good thing because the photos came out great! The Sutton Wedding


Jon and Sandra were married this past weekend and about 200 of their closest friends were able to share in this awesome occasion. From beginning to end, this day was truly special. Neither of them seemed nervous at any part of the day, instead, they just let the day unfold as they had so carefully planned it out. There were so many cool surprises throughout the day....great venue and delicious food from Reef restaurant, the best trio in los angeles Trio Casablanca (they played at our wedding too!), great DJ, probably the longest and best "best man" speech I"ve ever heard, and an international, world-famous band, La Sonora Dinamita! For all our english-only speaking friends, this band has a bunch of songs we've been listening to on spanish radio stations since most of us were kids!

Ernest+Imelda Wedding


Finally! My first wedding of 2007. I had anxiously been waiting for Imelda and Ernest special day and when it arrived, boy was it HOT! 105 degrees! Such a contrast to the weather during their engagement session. But that did not stop them from being happy and full of smiles the whole day. They did a great job of being relaxed and ready to move along to wherever it was I'd decide to shoot. I cant mention enough how cool it is when the couple sees each other before the ceremony, this way, we have plenty of time to shoot portraits, formals, and anything else we have time for. Thank you again guys, for allowing Dina and I to be part of your awesome, special day!

The Kil Wedding


Mike Kil and his wife, Guille are good friends of ours and we had the pleasure of being guests at their wedding. Of course, I brought my camera along and snapped a few pics. I had not been to a wedding as a guest in quite some time, so it felt a little awkward being able to relax and enjoy the delicious dinner and ALL the entertainment at the reception!

When I first met Roxanne, she was all nervous and excited about her wedding........and she was the exact same way the day of her wedding! She kept smiling and laughing and just having fun. This wedding was a little different for me because it was on a Friday evening and we didnt have any natural light to shoot with, but we managed to get some great shots of the happy couple!

Mario & Jackie


Not only are Mario and Jackie great people, they are happy people! Having a good time during your special day is very important.....even more for the photographer, we want to capture great moments and that usually means smiles, laughs and anything fun. Since I arrived Jackie was a happy bride and enjoyed every minute of her wedding....

Oh, a quick note for all couples......Mario & Jackie wanted to have plenty of time to capture great shots, so they agreed to meet BEFORE the ceremony to take portraits. This is great for me, since i dont have to be struggling to get some "alone time" with them after the ceremony. If you want great photos, meeting before the ceremony, when there is still "quite time" available, is very very important..

KAM & ISABEL


What can i say? Kam & Isabel's wedding was so much fun. You see, Kam is Persian and Isabel hispanic, so there was a great mix of two very different, yet very similar cultures. They were so happy together all day long. Something I really enjoyed about this wedding was the great colors. From the purple walls of Isabel's house to the beautiful blue color of her bridesmaid dresses, to the flowers......very niceeeeeeee! I will always encourage couples to use plenty of color in their decor, it adds so much to photos and overall look of the day....

....another great thing was the couples patience. Isabel was running a liiiiiitle bit late, which made Kam have to wait around until she was ready to go.......but nobody was upset or anything.....everyone kept their coo (and their smiles) and we still managed to get some great pics....
