Ezequiel & Ana.....Wedding
A week ago, Dina and I had the opportunity to
shoot Zeke and Ana's super-fun wedding! First of all, we both were barely
getting over a cold/flu/fever thing and we were totally fearing that the day
would be rainy and wet. The three days prior to the wedding it had poured! But
we dressed accordingly, took tons of medicine with us and braved the weather.
Fortunately, it didnt rain until we were driving back from the wedding!! We
totally escaped getting sick again and had an awesome adventure shooting an
equally awesome couple in very very very cold temperatures! Zeke and Ana set
aside some time during their big day to make sure we took some cool portraits of
them......check them out.......

....we then headed off to ana's place...
.... i tried a little "vintage with texture" with this next mirror shot...
.....her beautiful roses.....
....zeke's sister's dog was begging me to take his photo! i really really want one of these jack russell terriers now!...
.....so, since i always encourage it and since it wasnt raining, zeke & ana decided to see each other before the ceremony...
....right after their "first look", we had about 20 minutes to try some portraits at a nearby field.....
...i'm posting so many portraits of them, that i'm hardly posting any ceremony or reception shots....
....after ceremony, it still wasnt raining, so we had a precious few minutes to shoot at the oxnard downtown village....
....since we had about 45 minutes to shoot, i was able to try a few different lenses....like these telephoto shots.....very nice...
....and a bunch of close-ups, using very shallow depth-of-field....i really like the results.....
....this is my favorite shot.....one of the last while we were outside, it was just sooooooo cold!!!!
...dina captured this cool, candid shot of ana....
....off-camera flash....
...the grand entrance.....you have to love the laughs and smiles......
....here's a couple of ring shots....i was using a new lens....
......i highly recommend my dj friend tony vaca & wife (shown here)...e x c e l l e n t work you two! ....the little girl was just sitting there, so i took a quick pic...
.....wow, that was a looooong post!....we had a great time and i there are soooo many more cool images from this wedding, congratulations once again zeke and ana!!!..
