SmartLedger™: Tracking Your Several Accounts

The Accounts button at the top of the main screen gives you a quick way to gather up entries belonging a particular bank or credit card account.

Here's what you see when you click the Accounts button.

The search criteria that you set up on this screen give you one-click access to your various accounts. When you click the magnifying glass, the software finds the matching entries and also gives you the opportunity to refine your search to include or omit certain kinds of entries.

You can show entries from all accounts by leaving the Account field blank in the search request. Simply supply the range of dates you're interested in, and then click the magnifying glass button. This is the simplest way to gather up all the entries for a given tax year.
