These photos are not really old. Many of them have appeared in color versions in other galleries on this site. They have merely been passed through Gimp's impressive Old Photo "script-fu" and thereby made to look old. The results are not half-bad, really. They really do look like old pictures, taken a good one hundred years ago. And all of them could have been!
