| This all started with the AGM-88 (Harm) missile. Over 6 years ago, I worked at a company that produced the seeker housing for the Harm missile. I was very aware of what the missile was capable of and soon realized that Falcon 4.0 did NOT do a very good job. I noticed with Julian was able to do on the PC side and decided to figure out the mysterious "Bubble".
My main goal was to be able to use the Harm at longer range which the missile was designed for. In all of this, MacF4Browse was developed. I believe the RP series came next as I strived to keep up with the PC side. During all of this, I began to fly less and less (I remember times when I would fly all night long on the weekends with several other pilots, you know who you are:). Soon, most of my time went to programming. MacTAC was developed in order to take advantage of the newly added aircraft.
MacFalcon4 was somewhat born through all of this and there was a small group of people that really helped out. I wont mention names but you know who you are. Some of them are still around in one way or another but the pilots that help out has changed over the years. I must thank several PC pilots who have helped out over time. Some of those have become great friends who I would love to meet at some point.
MacFalcon4 has gone through many ups and downs over the years. One of the recent downs, along with an increase in work, family life, etc. about did the end to MacFalcon4. This sort of brought about the MacFalcon Development Team. This is a small team of very dedicated pilots who have taken some of the burden off of myself.
At this point, the team is working hard at provided a new and improved MacFalcon4! It is a lot of hard work and takes a lot of time. If you are interested in helping the cause, please let us know. There is plenty of work to go around and in many different areas of expertise. If you don't feel like you can help the team, then a simple "thanks" can go a long way!
Enjoy the improvements to a wonderful game! |
