| I have encountered the occasional problem with Deep Six. One problem that I have seen with Deep Six occurs when the application is configured to run automatically and then unexpectedly (and silently) quits when launched. I think that the crashing is the result of an incompatibility with an application enhancer that some people (including me) run for various reasons. Regardless of the reason, you'll need to resolve the problem. |
Since the application quits before you can disable the automatic checkbox, the only way to fix the problem is to find the Deep Six preference file and delete it. The Deep Six preference file is named "DeepSix.plist" and can be found in the Preferences folder in the Library folder in your Home folder...
This preference will be regenerated the next time the Deep Six is run -- with the default settings in place. |
