Advanced Typography with Mac OS X
This document seems to be aimed more at the the professional market, explaining how things work and trying to teach the reader how to use FontBook and the Character Palette. In my opinion, some of the things stated in this PDF are interesting, but not all that useful. Again... In my opinion, professionals trying to use FontBook are not doing themselves any favors.
