Following is a list of other modems that support caller id:

Apple Computer NOTE: These modems may or may not support caller id. You will just have to try Mac CallerID and see if it works with your particular GeoPort modem. There are many other modems not in this list that should work with Mac CallerID as long as they follow the Rockwell caller id interface.

• AU-System PowerBit V.34 & V.FC
• Best Data - Smart One 28.8 Mac (2834VLXMAC)
• Global Village Teleport Platinum Fax/Modem. Model number A812.
  • NOTE: NOT ALL GLOBAL VILLAGE MODEMS HAVE CALLER ID SUPPORT. IT IS APPARENTLY AN UNDOCUMENTED FEATURE THAT ONLY A FEW OF THESE MODEMS HAVE.

Other modems from the above manufacturers may work, consult your manual or contact the company to find out if they do.

The following modems do not support caller id and thus can not be supported:

• iMac internal modem
• iBook internal modem
• Blue and White "Yosemite" G3 internal modems
• G4 internal modems
• Supra 144 external modems (EXPRESS MODEM DOES NOT HAVE CALLER ID)
• GeoPort Telecom Adapters - may work with Express Modem Software 3.1 or higher
