Feds Have Arrived, Citizen Initiative Stifled


David Brin has been posting some interesting observations on how "officialdom" in all its current crony-led ineptness, when finally forced into action, moves first to deny individuals and small groups from helping out. We've seen several examples of such bone-headed decisions, and the most recent is FEMAs denial of a private effort to bring evacuees hourly updated news broadcasts via lower-power FM transmission.
