They Knew What To Expect


I know I keep harping on the fact that all the factors leading up to the poor response were known. But when major news organizations, like Reuters, begin to echo the same sentiment, it makes me wonder if accountability will finally have its day.

"Virtually everything that has happened in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina struck was predicted by experts and in computer models, so emergency management specialists wonder why authorities were so unprepared."
