Caffeine Nap


Coffee and 15 minute nap chaser the best way to stay awake the rest of the day? Sounds like more study on this caffeine claim is needed. Personally, I have a hard time napping after I take my first sip of coffee in the morning. But I'm willing to try this one out, for the sake of science! And more sleep.
