Try Leading Edge Kickboxing

I signed up for a kickboxing martial arts class on a lark. Two and a half years later, I'm wondering why I didn't try it sooner. Since I started, I dropped 16 pounds (16 pounds I didn't realize I'd put on), and am now probably in the best shape of my life.

I'm not telling you this to brag--I'm telling you this so you can get in on the goodness, should you so choose.

Here's how: my kickboxing and jujutsu instructor John Staab is starting a martial art school all his own.

I can't say enough good things about John's broad knowledge of martial styles, his overriding concern for the safety of his students, and his easy-going yet professional teaching style. No way would I have stuck with this program so long if John's approach were anything like the traditional instruction styles of karate and kendo instructors I tried years ago.

John just opened his dojo south of Seattle, so if you're in the area, check it out.
