Executive Committee Meeting
There
will be an LEC meeting on Thursday, May 14th at the Camp
Miles training lodge starting at 7:00 p.m. All chapter and
lodge officers are encouraged to attend. Contact Mac
Aldrich if you need a ride.
Workday
at Camp Miles
There
will be a workday at Camp Miles on Saturday, May 30th from
8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the workday is to
complete setup of wall tents for ROTC Summer Camp that was
begun at the Spring Ordeal in March. Lunch will be provided
and there is no cost for this event.

mac_aldrich@mac.com by May 15th so that enough food may be
on hand to feed everyone in attendance.

Lodge Summer Fellowship
Osceola
Lodge’s Summer Fellowship will be held on June 5-9 at
Camp Flying Eagle. The early registration fee for Arrowmen
is $20 if received by May 21st. The registration fee for
Arrowmen is $25 between May 22nd and May 28th. Registration
may be made online through the Council’s web site or
by calling the Council Service Center.
The make-up Ordeal will be conducted at this event. The fee
for candidates is $35 and registration must be received by
May 28th.
A Brotherhood ceremony will also be held during this
weekend event and the cost is $13 on top of the regular
registration fee (to cover the cost of the new sash). This
fee will be collected at the event.
Come out for a weekend of fun, fellowship, and some great
food. The theme for the weekend is “Winter
Wonderland”. The new lodge officers will be inducted
Saturday evening during the Banquet.

OA members are welcome to attend the monthly Chapter
meetings held the first Thursday of each month at the
Salvation Army Worship Center. Meetings start at 7:00 p.m.
and end at 9:00 p.m.
