Why don't I use many Microsoft products? (actually as few as possible)

  1. They don't make the best of everything.
  2. They do there best to force me to use only their products
  3. They suppress anything that they don't own the rights to.
  4. Because other companies have earned my business.

Microsoft does make a few good products. They also make some bad products. Microsoft office is probably the best office suite of software made, Microsoft Windows is probably the worst operating system made. Their close marriage with Intel has netted very fast processor speeds, their business strategies have kept us from seeing many innovative products. If your the average sheep, you probably don't care about or even realize how bad you have it. You are probably amazed at how cool Windows XP is, or how fast Internet Explorer is. What sad is that Internet Explorer is one of the slowest browsers made, yet it has the majority of the market. Windows XP is a nightmare compared to Mac OS X, but Windows got the early foot hold, and hence has always had the majority of the market share. Don't think anything in the Windows operating system has earned them this near monopoly position, it was IBM that gave them that. Don't think that Windows is a great idea either, because the stole that from Apple. As one of Bill's Sheep, you don't get to see beyond field in which he makes you graze. Other the other side of the hill is an enchanted land, filled with operating systems that don't crash. Hardware that is designed to work the third party software and hardware you want. The road to this other pasture is paved with free and/or cheap software. You think Internet Explorer is neat? Try Netscape, Mozilla or Opera. Most sheep have never seen tabs in a web browser. Better software is out there. You think XP is nice looking? Then you haven't seen Apple's new OS X operating system. With photo quality icons, drop shadow windows and ulta-smooth text, XP can't compare. Most sheep don't know there system is unpleasant to use. Do you think WIndows is reliable? O. K., most sheep know that Windows isn't reliable, but most sheep don't know that there are reliable systems available. Linux, old Mac 9 or the new Mac OS X are all most stable operating systems. They are also leaner, making them operate faster then Windows given the same processor speeds. Apples use a completely different architecture, to prove astonishing performance by seemingly slow processors.

Did you know that if you are having problems with non-micrsoft products, it may very well be that it's Mircosoft who you can thank for your problems. Microsoft has been caught many times manipulating their software to make competitors software malfunction. Because Microsoft has a near monopoly in the home computer market (total mono ploy with the sheep's) they use it to either not support other people companies standards, or will put in stumbling blocks for competitive software to give the impression Microsoft's software is better. If you can't win the race by running fast, make your competitors run farther. It easy to do when you own the track. Even though it's illegal, Microsoft can't be stopped. Why because as O. J. Simpson taught us all, guilt is a matter of how much money you are willing to spend. And since the sheep never rise up against there tyrant herder, it make good business sense. It's the the sheep who pay the price. Are you Bill's sheep?
