  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions



Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Dough setting, press Start.

When machine beeps, turn off the bread machine, remove bread pan, and turn out dough onto a floured countertop or cutting boards. Form dough into a ound and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450oF.

Grease one 14-inch pizza pan. With your hands, gently stretch and press dough to fit evenly into pan. Pinch dough around the edge to form a small rim.

Spread your favorite sauce (optional) and toppings over the dough, except cheese.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese the last five minutes of baking. When cheese melts, remove from oven, slice int owedges, and serve hot.
