NotesInstead of Semisweet Chocolate, you can use also Bittersweet Chocolate or Semisweet chocolate Morsels.
Use 1 - 2 tablespoons of dark rum - or brandy, grand marnier or other orange liqueur. (1/4 teaspoon Imitation Rum Extract = ~1 teaspoon Rum. I have seen also 2 teaspoons Rum = 1 teaspoon Rum Extract, thus add slowly a few drops if using Rum Extract until desired taste).
