About the Association.The North Staffordshire Landlords Association (NSLA) was formed in April 2000 and now represents over two
hundred landlords, owning over 3000 private residential properties in the North staffs and Moorlands area.

The NSLA is one of over forty Landlords Associations all around the U.K. and is affiliated to the
National Federation of Residential Landlords. (NFRL), a body set up specifically to represent the interests of
the private residential landlord at Westminster and is in regular discussion with both the Department of Work
and Pensions (DWP) and Communities and Local Government. (CLG)

• The NSLA are also :-
  Operators of the North Staffordshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme ( a partnership with Stoke on TrentCity
  Council, Newcastle – under – Lyme Borough Council, Staffs Moorlands District Council and Stafford Borough
  Council).
• Members of Accreditation Network UK ( ANUK) and represented on the ANUK steering group.
