Removing the drip feed and stemming the knowledge leaks.


I am currently undertaking an action enquiry that is examining the effects of facilitators encouraging dialogue through a pro-active approach to facilitation - informed by a range of literature. Being proactive included a range of actions, all currently under evaluation, including summarising, topic archiving, actively seeking to start discussions and using a range of stimulus to start discussions.When starting discussions in the community (a module based space) a number of approaches were used ....A short critique of the 'accepted' theory was posted with simple starter questions
A copy of a dialogue with a researcher who had already done the module under consideration
A simplified diagrammatic summary interpretation of theoretical ideas
