Upcoming Fly dates

Come on out and fly with us all around the St. Louis area. (you don't have to be a member) All flys begin at 1 p.m. unless otherwise noted. We'd be happy to meet you.

• February 22 - Is our monthly fly at Forest Park's Central Field -- by the Jewel Box.
  
  
• March 22 - We hope for some nice spring weather at Forest Park.
  
  
• April 19 - Time: 1 to 5 p.m. We encourage ALL members to join us at the St. Louis Country Club. This is a private event, so please consult your newsletter, or contact us for details.
  
  
• April 26 - Time approx. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is always a great Earth Day gathering of local kiters at the Art Museum in Forest Park. This year we try new ideas to create an even larger draw to Art Hill. With kite building, demos, and flying, this is certainly an event not to be missed.
  
  
• May 2 - Official Time: 1 to 3 p.m. This Saturday we will be part of a festival in DeSoto, MO at the Washington State Park. The club will also be camping on site and flying all day and into the night. If you would like to join us for camping on Saturday night, please send us an email ASAP. More details of this exciting event coming soon.
  
  
• May 9 - Time: 9 a.m. to Noon The Edwardsville, IL Parks and Recreation Department will hold their annual Flying4Kids event at Joe Glik Park This is a nice park with wide open spaces. The club has fun flying and helping others fly while parks department staff run kite building workshops and give out prizes.
  
  
• May 24 - Our regular Forest Park Fly.
  
  
• June 28 - Probably our last nice fly before the summer heat strikes at Forest Park
  
  
• July 26 - We will schedule either a fly or kite-related activity on this day
  
  
• August 23 - We will schedule either a fly or kite-related activity on this day
  
  
• September 27 - Is our monthly fly at Forest Park's Central Field -- hopefully with some nice fall weather.
