Lone Oak Campsites Annual Don Taylor Trailer Maneuvering Contest: Saturday, June 18, 2005 Families joined on the rec field for this Annual Event!

Peter explained the rules. A quick overview before the contest started. Each dad had to drive the truck and trailer through the course. At the end they had to tap the cone. And then came the fun part!! They had to back up through the whole course! To finish the race they had to back into another cone. Some dads were new to the contest while others were veterans. Can you say "Jack-Knife" ?!?! They really made sure that they hit this cone! The audience loved it all! John brought his boys along for the ride. Some dads flew through the course. While others ... "took their time". A beautiful day for a Trailer Maneuvering Contest. These girls were happy to be part of the contest. Looking out the back window really helped. The kids watched too! This dad brought his biggest fans. This dad did too! A little pep talk before the race ... ... the dads were ready for their turn! Everyone did a great job! 1st Place for the 3rd Year in a row!! Rey Gagnon with 33.88 seconds. 2nd Place for a first timer! Rich Cogill with 43.60 seconds. 3rd Place went to a first timer too! Ed Bleau with 45.66 seconds.
