Here it is, the place I spend most of my life! |
 |
|
 |
This is my Keyboard workstation. This is a
Korg Triton Extreme, flanked by a pair of
M-Audio BX5a Monitors. |
|
Check out my writing space.
I thought this was pretty clever; using a drawing desk on the top part of a dual keyboard stand.

Moving clockwise around the room. Here's the Bluebird Mic, my printer and you can see the detailing of the accoustic treatment |
|
Here's the Back wall.
Yup, that's a real Fender Rhodes!
|
| |
Here's a closer shot of that Fender Rhodes. It's a little beat up, outside and inside, but it works great. One of these days I'm going to get to overhauling the guts. It sounds good, but some new hammer heads, springs and damper felt is going to make a big difference. |

Check out my Rack!!! The Two MOTU interfaces are on top along with the Headphone Splitter, and the Focusrite VoiceMaster Pro. Down on the lower right is the CD Player, (which is one of the original SONYs from the early 90s...still in perfect working order!!!), and the dbx Compressor. |

What Are You Doin' New Years Eve
Melanie Kann (Vocals) |
|
This is a project in which I used the Piano from the Orchestral Library I own.
Throw in the voice, and this thing sounds pretty darn good.

When I'm 64 |
|
This project was done for a friends wedding right here in my studio. (Except for the Guitar part which was imported from another studio) All the Vocal tracks were done here in seperate sessions. The Viola comes from the Orchestral Library. |

I Got The Sun In The Morning
Melanie Kann (Vocals) |
|
Here's another song recorded in my studio. Both this song and "What Are You
Doin' New Years Eve" were recorded with the Bluebird Mic running through the
Focusrite Vocal Master Pro. Check out my vintage Fender Rhodes Studio 76
featured on this track. Man, nothing beats that classic Rhodes sound!!
