I work on a time and materials basis. My hourly rate, travel time and expenses are the factors in estimating a budget for your needs.  Depending on the number of machines and users I will determine an appropriate hourly rate for your solutions.

A Few Words About Travel Charges

These days of high energy costs cause increased prices for everything that travels on our streets and highways.  I have decided to create the following system in order to keep my hourly rates as economical as possible.  I will figure out the travel time from my location in central Walnut Creek to your office or home and charge the number of minutes estimated in Google Maps in one direction.  I will share the costs by paying for the return trip. You will not pay Travel Charges for remote support.
